Joyce grew up in Clinton, NC and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill earning a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Before coming to Triland Property, Joyce spent the majority of her professional career as a leading member of a full-service Real Estate and Construction Development team for a national hospitality corporation, holding roles of increasing responsibility within a restaurant system of 480+ company and franchise units.

Joyce and her husband Mike have a still-growing family with son Matthew and wife Sarah welcoming their first child, Madison in 2020; son Adam and fiancé Laura; daughter Anna and their four-legged fur ball, Sophie. The Bunn’s are true, blue Tarheels and enjoy their yearly family beach vacations and trips to DisneyWorld.
