Carmen grew up in Rocky Mount, NC and attended Appalachian State University. She obtained her NC Real Estate Brokers license in 2002, creating the pathway for her current status of over 20 years successfully navigating many facets of real estate transactions, including the buying and selling of residential homes, managing investment portfolios, working with national builders as the on-site sales agent, and assisting with land development in different areas of the state. As an onsite sales lead, Carmen sold out numerous new builds in record time. As an associate with a land developer, her keen interest in the mountain region of NC not only provided the opportunity to reside in that area for a few years but also the opportunity to work on several projects from the ground up. Carmen brings with her excellent customer service, a commitment to work hard, to listen, and to follow through. She provides quality service to her clients and more importantly monitors this relationship.

On her off time , she loves spending adventurous time with her 9 year old son Dean, attending all his soccer and flag football games and volunteering at his elementary school.
